Here’s a great example of taking a blank canvas and doing a lot with very little. This facility was a sleepy warehouse with a front area separated by a wall but Charlie could see potential in it for his own indoor teaching space. After knocking that wall down to open the entire property wall to wall, Turf Team took the front area and installed a massive putting green with a turf bunker and full size cups which blended right into the simulator area. We took a less than optimal warehouse area without the ideal size to fit 3 simulator bays but made it work with an open concept limiting the space between bays for maximum usage. We used Panasonic PT-VMZ51u projectors which are great for commercial spaces such as this with higher ambient light. Hiding the wires under the subfloor was very important with Charlie using both Trackman and GC Quad for teaching with additional cameras as well.
